What is Tribber?
- Tribber is a reverse auction website where the lowest unique bid wins. It's a brilliant and exciting way to buy brand new products for a fraction of their retail price!

How do I bid?
- The idea of a reverse auction is that a bidder aims to be the lowest bidder on an item, and the bid in cents has to be one which no other bidder has made i.e. the lowest unique bid.

Are the items used?
- No, all items you will find on Tribber.com are brand new!

What is a lowest-unique-bid auction?
- The winner of our lowest unique bid auction is the person that has the lowest bid placed, that has not been duplicated by any other bidder.

What happends if there is no lowest unique bid?
- If there is no lowest unique bid, the next lowest unique bid would be the lowest number with the least amount of bids that was placed first. If every bid is duplicated exactly, then the lowest unique bid would be the lowest number that was placed first.

Can I auction my own things on Tribber?
- No

Why does it cost money to place a bid?
- Bidding fees are necessary to cover the cost of the product/service. The cost of one bid ranges from $1 to $4 depending on the retail price of the item.

Is Tribber a lottery?
- No, in a lottery things are left to chance. In our lowest bid auction the bidder can affect the result and outcome of the auction. You can here bid to secure the purchase of a product, therefore the goods are for sale and not prizes.

How old do I have to be to bid?
- You must be at least 18 years old.

I'm not from the US, can I then bid?
- Yes! Tribber.com has members from more than 145 countries around the world!

How much does shipping cost?
- We offer free shipping worldwide!

What payment methods can I use?
- We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal.

Can I get a refund on my bids?
- Unless an auction is cancelled, once bids are placed - they are non-refundable.

When will I receive the product/service?
- When you have won an auction, you will receive an email with the payment details. Once you have paid your winning bid, the item will normally be shipped within 1 week. Delivery on larger and speciality items may take longer.

Can I place more than one bid on a item?
- Yes! You may place as many bids as you want! And as in a regular auction - your chances of winning increases when you place several bids!

How does a series-bid work?
- With a series-bid, you can place bids on all amounts between to amounts you choose. If you wish to place bids from 25-50 cents - you can use a series-bid from 25-50, and you will then cover all those bids. You can easily keep track on the results of your series-bids when you are logged in.

Can I delete my Tribber-account?
- Yes! Simply send an email to support@tribber.com - and your account will be deleted.
