How Tribber worksTribber.com works just like a regular auction, except where in a normal auction - the highest bidder wins, at Tribber.com - the bidder with the lowest, unique bid, wins the auction! You place your bids from "My account", and since the bids are hidden, it is important to find where you think the lowest unique bid will be when the auction ends. Once you have placed your bid, you can see if your bid is unique, and if it is the lowest unique in the "My Account" pages at Tribber.com!
If no single Lowest Unique Bid has been received by Auction close, then the winner is determined by the lowest bid amount with exactly two bids placed and where the bidder bid first. If no amount with exactly two bids was received by Auction close, then the process is repeated with the lowest bid amount with exactly three bids and so on, until a winner can be determined. There may be a period of up to 12 hours from the Closing Date until the auction results are announced. This is to allow for the reconciliation of Bids and the auditing of results. Tribber.com will aim to notify the winner within five working days following confirmation of the winning bid. On some of our auctions, we have a number of required bids. How to get started: 1. Select an Auction to bid on 2. Place your Bid and pay the Bid Cost (the cost range from $1 to $4 per bid) 4. You may bid multiple times in any Auction, the Bid Cost applies to each Bid 5. You will be updated on the status of your Bids by e-mail and, in real-time, on the 'My Account' page 6. If your bid is the Lowest Unique Bid at the time the Auction closes, you win and can buy the prize for the winning Bid. Even if that is only $0.01! Good luck with your bids from everyone at Tribber.com! |
